RETURNS

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery.  You can return merchandise purchased online to our address listed in the Return Instructions section. We will refund the purchase price and sales tax.

You may submit your resume through our contact form for certain positions in our stores or offices in either the United States of America or Canada. Our human resources department (or a third party human resources service provider) may use that information for the purposes of potential employment with us and related human resources purposes.

 

 

What are your delivery options?

All our orders are fulfilled by USPS Priority Mail and are delivered within 3-5 business days. 

How do I track my order?

 

 We will email you a tracking number with each order placed.  You will be able to track your order via USPS 24-48   hours after it has been shipped. 

 

What is your return policy?

 

 If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery.  You can return request a return label and packaging slip by emailing us using the contact form. 

All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing. We will refund the purchase price minus the shipping fee

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not provide international delivery.  Given our order volume, it is something we are looking to implement soon.  Please subscribe to our mailing list and be the first to know when we ship internationally.

 

How do I return an item?

 

         1. Email us using the contact form for a return label. 

         2. Pack your stuff securely in the original product                         packaging, if possible. Please note that all items                       must be returned in original condition with tags                         attached.

         3. Use the return label emailed and take package to                   USPS.


         4. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return                     package to monitor delivery status.  

         5. You can expect a refund (minus the shipping fee) in                 the same form of payment originally used for the                     purchase, within 3-5 days after receiving the                             returned order.
